RAH hydroxide reactor
Increase the calcium level of your seawater
The RAH hydroxide reactor is a device used to supplement seawater with calcium (increasing KH). It should be sized and adjusted according to the size of the aquarium and the consumption of your hard corals. The RAH hydroxide reactor works like a calcium reactor, except instead of using CO2 to dissolve aragonite, it uses osmosis water, which, due to its very acidic pH, dissolves the calcium hydroxide. It requires an osmotic regulator and an osmosis system to function and needs to be readjusted during water changes.
