Anthias Fish

Anthias fish from the Serranidae family live in harems. Different species of anthias are found in all the world's seas except cold zones. Anthias primarily feed on small prey like zooplankton. Although sometimes complex to maintain, they are nevertheless tolerant towards other species and can be added to a community aquarium. Most anthias fish like to occupy reef slopes and large spaces, which implies having aquarium equipment adapted to their daily needs.
