NYOS® Phosi-EX is extremely effective; silicates and phosphates are quickly absorbed thanks to this iron-based media. The targeted use of Phosi-EX will effectively prevent unwanted algae, and your aquarium will regain crystal-clear water.

Application: Nyos® PHOSI-EX can be added directly to the aquarium's circulation in a filter sleeve or between two layers of synthetic filter wool. The best results can be obtained with a fluidized reactor. To start, use approx. 150-200 ml of Nyos® PHOSI-EX for 500 l of aquarium water. This amount can be increased in stages after a few days if necessary.

Note: Do not rinse before use. Any brown-red opacity in the aquarium water that may appear is totally acceptable. Do not overdose; regularly monitor the phosphate value during use (e.g., with the Nyos® PHOSPHATE test kit). Always make changes to the aquarium gradually.

1000 ml of Nyos® PHOSI-EX is sufficient for approximately 2000-4000 liters of seawater.
