Condylactis gigantea, this anemone can reach 15 to 30 cm in diameter in captivity. It requires strong lighting of the HQI type and strong water circulation. Some clownfish are in symbiosis with the anemone, such as Amphiprion clarkii, ocellaris, and the shrimp Thor amboinensis, which you will find in the suggestions tab.

The species Condylactis gigantea belongs to the family Actiniidae. Feeding once a week is recommended with prey such as shrimp, mussels, and small fish of a size >2cm, for example. Recommended for diligent beginner aquarists. Propagating Condylactis gigantea is impossible or very difficult. Lighting: medium with a spectrum of about 14 to 20000 k. Aggressiveness: high. Current: medium. Water quality: we recommend a nitrate level NO3- above 10mg/liter. Also, a Phosphate PO4 level between 0.01 and 0.05mg/l. Of course, Calcium (400-440mg/l), Magnesium (1250-1350mg/l), and Kh (7.5 to 9°dKH) should be at the correct values.
