To be mixed with the soil substrate during new water setups and covered with a layer of washed soil substrate. Contains all essential nutrients such as iron and clay. The latter acts as a slow-release nutrient substrate. Active for at least 3 years. Contains neither phosphate nor nitrate. It is capable of adsorbing the latter in case of excess and releasing them later when needed. Effective for at least 3 years. Without phosphates or nitrates (nutrients for algae).
