Description

The Blue Marine algae reactor cultivates microalgae to reduce excess dissolved nutrients in aquarium water, such as nitrates and phosphates. Blue Marine incorporates a quartz LED Grow tube to maximize light penetration and efficiency. For your safety, this lamp is completely waterproof (IP68). The algae metabolism increases and stabilizes the pH from morning to evening, lowers dissolved CO2 concentrations, maintains dissolved oxygen levels during the day, and increases dissolved oxygen to levels higher than those achievable with skimmers alone.
