For payments made by BANK TRANSFER: the order processing takes longer (next-day delivery for live animals is not possible), the transfer must be made on the same day as your order to guarantee stock availability (beyond that, the animals will no longer be reserved for you). The order will be canceled if we have not received the transfer within 7 days. Necessary measures will be taken against the delinquent payer. This offer is reserved for individuals (adults) residing in France who hold a bank card from the "CB" network issued in France and with an expiration date later than the chosen financing period.

Operation
Payment in 2, 3, or 4 installments by credit card allows you to settle the order placed on our online store as follows:
A mandatory deposit, debited no later than 5 days from the date of the order, corresponding to one-third of the order for a payment in three installments and one-fourth of the order for a payment in four installments.
A payment by credit card starting from the 28th day from the date of purchase.
A payment by credit card 1 month after the first due date, and according to the chosen plan.
A payment by credit card 2 months after the first due date and no later than the 90th day from the date of purchase.

11.a Deliveries:
Express Living Delivery
- The minimum amount for animals in your live order must be over €50, excluding shipping fees.
- For the well-being of the animals, do not make them travel alone (do not order just one animal).
An order that does not comply with these different points results in thermal risks and additional costs.
There will be no guarantee on the delivery if either of these two criteria is not met.
Once your order is completed and the payment is accepted, the animals are reserved for you.
We are able to deliver to your home as early as the next day for any order registered and paid before 12:00 PM, from Monday to Thursday morning (excluding public holidays or dates that cannot be selected in the calendar step during your order). Deliveries are therefore made to your home from Tuesday to Friday inclusive .
Never refuse a package, regardless of the reason; you would condemn the animaux.Votre Your order will arrive at your home in 80% of cases before 1:00 PM, and in 20% of cases before 6:00 PM. Deliveries are made throughout mainland France (excluding Corsica). The buyer must be present at their home until the delivery of the package (up to 8:00 PM).
Material Delivery
As soon as the order is validated (status = payment accepted) the LLC RecifAtHome commits to delivering all the items ordered by the customer to its carrier within 24 business hours, unless the customer has ordered one or more items for which the delivery time is longer (in this case, the delivery time is clearly stated in the product description). The package containing the material will only be shipped when it is complete. In the event of different delivery times for products in the same order, the latest date will be considered for the entire order.
The company Recifathome may use the delivery service it considers most appropriate, such as GLS/UPS/France Express, etc. Under no circumstances will the delivery be made to a floor in a building.
Shipments take place throughout mainland France (excluding Corsica and other islands).

Hardware Warranty
The applicable warranty for the equipment is the 2-year legal conformity warranty. This warranty can be extended by the manufacturer, and this information is available on their website or upon request from Recifathome customer service. However, some items will need to be returned to us in order to implement this warranty. In such cases, the return will be made by postal service at the buyer's expense.
