DENNERLE's aquatic greenhouses have developed, over several years of trials, a long-lasting mineral substrate with a very specific composition: DeponitMix Professional.

Nature served as their model. The fine, high-quality silica sand creates an optimal climate in the substrate. Carefully selected clay minerals regulate the nutrient regime. They release nutrients in case of deficiencies and absorb them in case of excess. Natural humic-rich peats create a slightly acidic environment and break down nutrients to make them easily assimilable by plants. Concentrated nutrient iron, combined with vital trace elements, ensures balanced growth and lush green leaves. A special highly porous granule multiplies the biofiltration function, leading to improved water quality and healthier fish.

In the form of a deposit, concentrated chelated iron ensures dark green leaves.

Naturally moist mix. Clay minerals and humic substances are already fully active. The bacteria present in the humus and filter do not dry out and are immediately bioactive.

The special highly porous granule transforms the bottom substrate into an active biofilter: it ensures improved water quality and fish health.

The biodegradable white activating beads serve as a nutrient substrate for important bacteria present in the humus and increase the fertility of the substrate.

The vigorous, widely branched root system optimally supplies the plant with all the nutrients it needs. This allows even sensitive species that are rather difficult to cultivate in an aquarium to be maintained. DeponitMix does not contain any added phosphates or nitrates, which means no nutrients that, in excessive concentrations, could promote algae proliferation.

On the contrary: aquarium plants and algae directly compete with each other. Thanks to the intensive activation of plant growth, DeponitMix makes life difficult for troublesome algae. As long as aquarium plants are growing well, algae generally have no chance. Long years of practical experience show that DeponitMix effectively prevents algae proliferation.

DeponitMix Professional ensures secure rooting and vigorous root development, even with more sensitive species. It does not contain any added phosphates or nitrates and therefore does not promote algae proliferation.
