Description

Aquarium plants need a regular supply of substances to grow healthily and vigorously. Usually, aquariums are fed with a "boost" fertilization, meaning a large amount of fertilizer is added at regular intervals.
With the dosing bottle, aquarium plants are fertilized as they are in nature because they continuously receive a small amount of nutrients.

AN INNOVATION BY DENNERLE

The Dennerle dosing bottle made of high-quality synthetic material operates on the principle of osmosis. Water "migrates" from the aquarium into the reservoir through the special semi-permeable membrane, causing the solution containing the substances to drip slowly into the aquarium through the riser tube. This has two effects: on the one hand, the aquarium gets the amount of fertilizer it needs; on the other hand, the dosing bottle becomes a "fuel gauge": as water enters and fertilizer enters the aquarium, the fertilizer-water mixture in the dosing bottle becomes increasingly clearer. Thus, when the reservoir's content loses its color (S7 orange, V30 yellow-green), you know it's time to add fertilizer.

Aquarium plants benefit from a uniform and continuous supply of nutrients, just like in nature. This results in healthy and balanced plant growth and a truly splendid dark green aquarium. The disadvantages of intermittent fertilizer applications, with their high nutrient levels, are a thing of the past. And that's not all: the overall lower nutrient level and the adjustment of the quantity to the plants' needs prevent plant proliferation.

The dosing bottle has been specially designed for use with V30 Complete and S7 VitaMix, as part of the Dennerle fertilizer system: V30 is automatically dosed for 4 weeks, S7 for 1 week (for this, you need 2 dosing bottles). The innovative fertilizer dosing bottle made of durable synthetic material allows for the supply of aquariums between 50 and 300 liters.

It is also ideal for dosing V30 as a single fertilizer; it then ensures a uniform, drop-by-drop supply for 1 month.

As the dosing bottle operates exclusively on the physical principle of osmosis, contains no moving parts, and requires neither batteries nor electric connection (unlike a dosing pump or an automatic fertilizer dispenser), its operation is very reliable and economical. The device also offers substantial advantages over a classic daily fertilizer, as it only needs a weekly refill (S7) or monthly (V30).
