BACTO ENERGY is a special carbon source designed to nourish bacteria capable of reducing nutrients in the marine aquarium.

Dosage: 2 to 5 ml per 1000 liters per day, depending on the nutrient concentration and the population of living organisms. Older aquariums with high nutrient concentrations should first use a phosphate treatment product such as ULTRA PHOS and reduce the recommended dosage by 75%. Then increase the dosage by approximately 10% every 2 weeks, and simultaneously test the current water parameters. The dose is too high if slimy deposits appear on the glass and rocks. Any changes in the aquarium should be made with caution!
