CARB L is an extremely pure activated carbon, pre-washed with steam for effective removal of yellowing, turbidity, and harmful toxins from the water. Essential for maintaining water quality in all aquariums.

CARB L is extremely low in phosphate and has a particularly effective treatment capacity. CARB L is suitable for permanent and continuous use but should be replaced after 3-4 weeks. Suitable for any freshwater or saltwater aquarium, it purifies the water without any undesirable effects. The continuous treatment of water with activated carbon is a cornerstone of the Zeo-Light system. CARB L is indispensable for the maintenance of sensitive SPS and LPS corals and can be used permanently. Filtration with activated carbon ensures crystal-clear water - phenols, proteins, dyes, odors, and algae toxins are effectively removed.

Instructions:

300 g for 1000 liters of aquarium water if placed in a fluidized bed filter (maximum flow rate of 200 L/h).

500 g for 1000 liters of aquarium water if using a filter bag. Replacement frequency: replace the activated carbon after 3-4 weeks, and observe a 15-day interval with the replacement of zeolite.

Preparation: prepare the activated carbon as follows: one day before replacing it, pour hot water over the new carbon and let it soak in the water for 24 hours.

Ingredients: Activated carbon pellets.
