En savoir plus
Originally from Peru and Brazil, this small Characin is found in the Amazon basin.
Like all other species of the genus, this small rosy tetra is gregarious (minimum of 6 specimens). With an average size of 4cm, it is possible to keep this fish in a minimum 120L aquarium.
Their highly developed fins make them susceptible to being nipped at by slightly aggressive species.
Sexual dimorphism is clearly visible, with males having longer and more colorful fins.
Ideal for beginners, it will undoubtedly enhance your aquarium.
