"Le" translates to "The" in English. Hanna The Ultra Low Scale Phosphorus Checker® (0 to 200 ppb) represents a good compromise between choosing simple chemical test kits and professional quality instrumentation.
Chemical test kits have limited accuracy and resolution because they rely on distinguishing color differences perceived by the human eye. Professional-grade instrumentation incorporates a light source consisting of an LED or tungsten lamp with a filter and a light detector to precisely determine the absorbance and concentration of ions.

The Checker® Hanna Phosphorus Ultra Low Scale uses a fixed wavelength LED source and a silicon photoelectric cell to ensure the accuracy of professional instrumentation at the affordable price of a chemical test kit.
