User manual
The Jecod DP-4 dosing pump is an automatic dosing pump designed for
adding liquids to an aquarium at times and volumes defined by the user. Before operation, please read the manual carefully.

Control panel overview (see diagram in the downloadable manual below)

 Menu and confirm
ESC: back
↑ ： Shift up, more
↓ ： Shift down, less
← ： Shift left
→ ： Shift right

Setting date and time
- Set a new date:
 2013-11-13
Press "” to enter the menu, select "Set date and time" by
pressing the "↑" "↓" button. Press "←" "→" to switch between
date fields. Increase/decrease by pressing the "↑" "↓" button.
- Set a new time:
 12:00:00
Press "" to save the data and move to the clock setting screen,
press the "←" "→" button to select the hour digit. Press "↑" "↓"
to increase/decrease the digit. Press "" to save and go back

Menu mode: Pumps

In the main menu, press the "←" or "→" button to
enter manual mode. To select the required pump, press
"←" or "→". Press and hold "" to operate the pump and prime
the tube.
Before use, check the operation of each pump. Prime the tube to
ensure the tube is filled with liquid. Make sure there are no air
bubbles present in the tube. Perform calibration.
For greater accuracy, please keep the dosing pump horizontal.

Flow calibration
From the main page, press the "↑" or "↓" button to enter
Calibration mode. Select the desired pump by pressing "←" or
"→" then pressing ""
Pn Correct Fluid
 100 ml = 200
Calibration method: Make sure the pump tube is primed with
liquid first. Using a measuring cylinder (100 ml or more), place
the pump's outlet tube into the measuring cylinder - ensure
the inlet tube is in liquid. Press "↑" to start calibration. Once
100 ml has been dispensed, press "↑" again to stop the pump.
Press "" to save the calibration value.
Repeat the operation for all other pumps. Press "ESC" after calibrating all pumps to return to the main menu.

Automatic Control Parameter
In the main menu, press “ ” to access the configuration menu. Press
the “↑” “↓” key to select “Set program”, press “ ” to select the pump.
Select the pump:

Pump selection: press “←” “→” to select the pump. Press
“ ” to enter the number of doses per day.
Dosing Pn Times:
For: 1 (1 ~ 24)
Doses per day: choose between 1-24 times per day. Press “↑”
“↓” to increase or decrease the number of doses. Press “ ”
to enter the day interval parameter.
Pn Interval Days:
For: 0 (0 ~ 30)
Interval Days - this sets the number of days between doses - it can be set in the range 0 -30. 0 = dosing every day, 1 = dosing every two days, etc. Press “↑” “↓” to increase or decrease the number of days. Press “ ” to enter the dosage volume setting
Dosage Volume Pn:
Num: 1 - 0010 ml
Dosage Volume: The volume to be dosed. Press “←” “→”
to select the volume digit, press “↑” “↓” to increase or decrease (The maximum setting is 9999 ml). Press “ ” to enter the first dosing time setting. Num “1” means 1st dosing period.
Dosing Time Pn:
Num: 1 - 12:00
Set dosing time: Set the time when the pump starts dosing.
Press “←” “→” to choose the hour or minute. Press “↑” “↓”
to increase or decrease. Press “ ” to enter the next
dosing period volume setting. Repeat until each dosing period is set.
Repeat for each pump. Once the setting of all pumps is complete, press
ESC “to return to the main menu.

Warnings
1, for indoor use only. Avoid contact with moisture and humidity.
2, do not use with corrosive liquids or liquids that can easily crystallize.
