Green and red Oxypora
The species Oxypora belongs to the family Lobophylliidae. Feeding once a day is recommended with prey such as rotifers and Artemia nauplii of a size less than 0.5cm, for example. Recommended for experienced aquarists. Propagation of Oxypora is impossible or very difficult. Light: medium with a spectrum of around 14 to 20000 k. Aggressiveness: high. Current: strong. Water quality: we recommend a nitrate NO3- level between 4 and 10 mg/l. As well as a phosphate PO4 level between 0.01 and 0.05mg/l. Of course, Calcium (400-440mg/l), Magnesium (1250-1350mg/l), and Kh (7.5 to 9°All) should be at the correct values. In conclusion, Oxypora are relatively easy to maintain if you provide moderate lighting and strong water flow, given that the parameters are good.
