The ClariSea fleece filter is a high-efficiency water filtration system that effectively removes suspended particles such as microalgae, detritus, food, organic waste, and debris from the water column. Suitable for use in marine aquariums, freshwater aquariums, fish breeding systems, and coral propagation systems.

Mounting and installation options
The Gen2 ClariSea is very flexible and easy to position in your sump.

• You can hang it at the back, front, or sides of most sump pits.
• You can freely place it on the base of a shallow sump with a water level below 200 mm.
• You can freely place it on a box or a shelf in deeper sumps.
• You can feed it from the front or the back.
• You can supply water from the top, the side, or at an angle.
• You can even pump to feed him.

Functions of the intelligent controller
Buttons and indicators
Engine button
Manually advance the engine in fleece.
 
 
Alarm button

Press the alarm button for 1 to 2 seconds to deactivate the audible alarm. The alarm condition will still be present.
The red LED is still blinking.
Automatic fleece advance disabled.
The engine button will always function as manual advance.

Press the alarm button for more than 5 seconds to completely reset the controller, fully clearing the alarm state.

Disconnecting the power supply will also reset the controller and clear the alarm state.

 
Normal operation

Initialization (power on or reset):
• The blue/red LED flashes 5 times, and an audible alarm sounds with each flash
• The blue LED will remain on.

Engine advance:
Manual or automatic, the blue LED flashes.

Possible alarm conditions:
The alarm sounds if the roller cannot move forward or if the float is activated for more than 5 seconds.
• The red alarm LED is flashing
• An audible alarm sounds for 2 seconds every 5 seconds.
• Automatic fleece advancement disabled.

 
If the float is not activated for 8 hours, it may mean that the fleece is empty.
• Blinking blue/red LED, an audible alarm sounds for 1 second every 2 seconds
• Automatic fleece advancement disabled.
 
If there is a possible installation error and the float is not triggered within 48 hours after the initial setup or reset.
• The red LED flashes at 10-second intervals, and the audible alarm sounds with each flash.
• Automatic fleece advancement disabled.

IMPORTANT NOTE

You MUST use only the 20 mm bolt to attach the motor to the ClariSea according to our quick start guide below. Do not use the 30 mm bolt (used for the clean fleece), as it will damage the motor.
