TIPS

Brachionus (rotifers) should be cultured without ciliates.

We recommend placing your culture in the dark with low aeration (large bubbles) at a temperature between 25 and 28°C.

Salinity can fluctuate between 22 and 30g/l.

For optimal growth, rotifers should be fed 4 times a day.

Dosage to be distributed over 24 hours:

The dosage of Selco S.parkle depends on the number of animals per milliliter.

If your concentration is around 500 Brachionus/ml

please distribute 250mg of Selco S.parkle per liter of culture water.

If your concentration is around 1000 Brachionus/ml

please distribute 500mg of Selco S.parkle per liter of culture water.
