We are pleased to inform you of a major upgrade to our laboratories in May 2023.

This new upgrade will allow us to measure and report fluoride, chloride, and salinity for all water samples received. All ICP water samples sent to our laboratories will have these new parameters included, even if you purchased your ICP several months ago.

Furthermore, upgrading the laboratory also enhances our sensitivity, which will reach up to 25 times that of comparable ICP devices with a DSOI or SOP configuration.
This gives TRITON ICP tests a huge advantage over others on the market.
The sensitivity is documented by the manufacturers of SPECTRO ICP machines and cannot be upgraded on their other ICP devices with a DSOI or SOP configuration.
This means that our competitors would need to purchase new ICP machines to upgrade and attempt to match our sensitivity levels.
For your convenience, the new packaging also indicates the 25X increased sensitivity.
We will also honor this upgrade for all older tests received by our laboratories worldwide so that all water samples are also tested for the new parameters, ensuring a smooth transition.

Quickly shipped, fast results

1. Create an account on www.triton-lab.de/en/register and confirm it by email.
2. Log in, create a virtual aquarium, and connect the barcode.
3. Take a water sample (along with a backup sample) from your aquarium.
4. Send it by mail (or other means) and be notified of its arrival at the laboratory by email. Check the results online between 1 and 3 days after its arrival.
