TUNZE® Turbelle® masterstream ... concealed water circulation

Turbelle® masterstream pumps are designed for the high-performance centrifugal pump market segment, primarily intended for modern zoos, research institutes, health clinics, and fish farming facilities. A model has also been developed for large aquarium enthusiasts who require strong and large water circulation for their reef tanks. Turbelle® masterstream was developed to achieve maximum performance with economical energy consumption. Thanks to the use of the safe low-voltage TUNZE® PM electronic motor, the pumps operate quietly even at their highest performance mode. They also consume much less energy than conventional pumps for the same work.

Variable capacity

The Turbelle® masterstream pumps are electronically regulated speed pumps thanks to the Turbelle® Controller / Multicontroller / SmartController 7000. They are ideal for forced water circulation, wave impact simulation, and ebb and flow simulation.

12V version for pools

The model 6560 with 12V technology and 60,000 l/h was specially developed for pools and large aquariums.
100% corrosion resistant
All parts of our pumps are made of technical ASA and POM plastic, reinforced with auxiliary plastic PA6.6. PU coated cables, titanium alloy motor shaft, motor and electronics flooded with PU material.

Without external control

The pump control device is integrated into the motor to ensure operation at the highest level of efficiency with optimal water cooling, maintenance-free. All Turbelle® MasterStream pumps require an external power supply or a safety connector with the correct DC current (battery, solar panel, etc.)

Reliable in case of power failure

The Masterstream Turbelle® pumps can be used with the Safety Connector 6515.500 on a DC power supply (battery, solar battery) with a capacity of 10 to 24 V. The safety connector allows normal pump operation using the TUNZE® power supply. In case of a power failure, it automatically switches to the battery or another DC power source.

Energy savings

The simple calculation of the parameters of the Turbelle® masterstream 6580 (80 m³/h - 420 W) proves that due to the optimal water movement in terms of energy consumption, costs can be enormously saved:
Tank volume: 60 m³, circulation selected via centrifugal pump (32 m³/h - 2200 W). This means that for operation of 8,760 hours all year round and a price of 0.28 EUR per kilowatt, you can save 4,366 EUR per year.
